We are a fast-growing property management company seeking a dedicated, skilled Maintenance Laborer to join our team in Gardner, MA. This is a hands-on role that supports day-to-day maintenance operations across multiple residential communities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Complete daily maintenance assignments and work orders
- Submit paperwork daily for work completed and updates
- Communicate clearly about incomplete jobs, including reasons or if outside contracting is needed
- Maintain assigned company truck: keep clean and report any service needs
- Participate in after-hours emergency calls as needed (on a rotating basis)
- Perform general tasks including minor carpentry, light plumbing, painting, landscaping, trash removal, and unit turnovers
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Basic hand tools to complete day-to-day work
- Willingness to work beyond regular hours, including nights/weekends when necessary
- Comfortable with heights and ability to lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to work independently and maintain consistent paperwork/reporting
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience in a maintenance, construction, or labor-related role preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and scheduling systems
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
