Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN):

Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and assessing patients’ conditions
- Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
- Documenting care and ensuring accurate patient records
- Providing immediate care during emergencies
- Supervising LPNs and nursing assistants
- Promoting a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN)
- A team first mindset and strong communication skills
- A passion for compassionate, resident-centered care
