• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Your Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor resident health and vital signs
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
• Supervise and support CNAs
• Deliver compassionate, high-quality, resident-centered care
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Georgia
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Passion for resident-centered care
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
