What You’ll Do:
- Perform evaluations and deliver individualized occupational therapy services to residents with physical, emotional, or developmental conditions
- Create personalized care plans to improve function in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
- Recommend and instruct in the use of adaptive equipment for greater safety and autonomy
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless, holistic care
- Track progress and document interventions in compliance with professional and facility standards
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the State of Georgia
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered mindset
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required
