- Plan and administer a prescribed physical therapy treatment program for patients/residents
- Supervise physical therapy assistants and aides
- May instruct the clinical portion of training for students participating in PT and PTA programs
- Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress
- Education: Certificate in Physical Therapy (PT)
- Experience: 1 years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in long-term care/skilled nursing home settings
- Certifications: American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) certification
