Emmy Squared Pizza is coming to Greenwich, CT! We are seeking experienced Bartenders to join our opening team and help us create exceptional guest experiences! Position Responsibilities:
As a Bartender, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for:
- Providing courteous and prompt service to guests.
- Preparing beverage orders for bar and dining areas, adhering to signature recipes.
- Following Emmy’s Steps of Service to ensure a consistent guest experience.
- Entering guest orders accurately into the Toast POS system.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our menu and beverage offerings.
- Communicating guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to the culinary team.
- Performing opening and closing duties.
- Maintaining a clean and presentable work environment.
- Exhibiting a positive, outgoing demeanor during service.
- Adhering to safety standards to promote a safe environment for yourself, coworkers, and guests.
- Supporting additional tasks as assigned by management.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-year bartending experience.
- In-depth knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.
- Proven experience in cash handling, customer service, and problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle guest needs effectively.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality and the food and beverage industry.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends.
- Physically able to lift/carry up to 25 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and twisting.
