Bartender

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly and adhere to alcohol service regulations.
• Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquet functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly.
• Uphold all food handling and safety protocols while serving beverages in diverse settings like nightclubs or banquet halls.
• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales and cashiering functions.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and tab management.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous retail or food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential.
