Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently with excellent time management skills
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights or events like banquets or catering functions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and basic math for transactions and retail math calculations
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
