Shift Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the FOH and BOH teams during your shift
- Ensure smooth execution of service and uphold guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and shift reporting
- Address and resolve any guest issues that arise during the shift
- Coach and support team members, stepping in where needed to ensure operations run effectively
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding shift performance, staffing, and any operational issues
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A team player with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting
