**FINANCIAL PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Financial Professional, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners make confident financial decisions while building your own professional practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and business owners

• Help clients develop personalized financial planning strategies through relationship-based planning and ongoing client service

• Guide clients through important decisions involving retirement planning, wealth accumulation, education funding, financial protection, and other long-term financial goals

• Develop your own client base through networking, referrals, and community involvement

• Recommend insurance and financial services solutions tailored to each client's unique needs

• Continuously develop your professional skills through coaching, mentorship, licensing, and ongoing education

**LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT**

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**

**Estimated Total Compensation: $75,000–$250,000 annually**

Compensation is commission-based. Actual earnings are determined by individual performance.
