Job Summary:
This position is responsible for business systems management and supporting secondary marketing, including product, rate sheet and pricing desk management. The position works directly with IT to ensure EM’s Origination systems and loan portal are up to date and functioning correctly.

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for business systems management and supporting secondary marketing, including product, rate sheet and pricing desk management. The position works directly with IT to ensure EM’s Origination systems and loan portal are up to date and functioning correctly.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Business Systems management – Work with IT to install new systems patches, develop and maintain forms and forms library, test all changes and patches, project lead in the installation of new systems.
- Loan Product Management – create, maintain, and modify, web site products and underwriting rules for Broker Direct Web site.
- Rate Sheet Maintenance / Distribution – Set and distribute rates daily, Create and maintain rate sheet design, create and maintain rate sheet macros.
- Loan Submissions / Pricing Desk – Manage pricing on new loan submissions, review and correct pricing and program submissions and provide written confirmation
- Minimum 4 year college degree.
- 7 years of mortgage experience with hands on secondary marketing experience
- 3 years of experience in a business systems or application development environment
- Expert in Microsoft Suite (Access & Excel)
- Experience with Mortgage Flex or other loan origination software a plus
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
