Strong understanding of the trading technology ecosystem and the ability to analyze how users navigate, interact with, and derive value from technology platforms throughout the trade lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to improve user experiences, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful business outcomes.

Skills:
1. 8 years of experience in business analysis, workflow design, user experience analysis, product delivery, or related disciplines supporting complex enterprise technology platforms.
2. Proven experience analyzing business processes, operational workflows, and user journeys.
3. Strong experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, user journey maps, data models, and requirements documentation.
4. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability concepts, and workflow optimization techniques.
5. Experience partnering directly with business users to identify pain points and drive workflow improvements.
6. Strong understanding of the Equities and Fixed Income trading technology ecosystem.
7. Knowledge of front-office trading systems, operational platforms, risk controls, FIX messaging, and trade lifecycle processing.
8. Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions and intuitive user experiences.
9. Experience working within Agile delivery environments and collaborating with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
11. Experience using Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar requirements and workflow management tools.
12. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
Additional desired skills: Experience leading workflow transformation or user experience modernization initiatives within Equities, Fixed Income, Prime Brokerage, or Capital Markets technology environments.
Experience working with trader-facing applications, operational dashboards, workflow automation platforms, or productivity improvement initiatives.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, UX, Human-Centered Design, or Process Improvement disciplines.
Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programs.
Experience utilizing AI-driven tools and analytics to improve workflow analysis, user insights, and productivity measurement.
Experience with FIX Protocol, Oracle and MongoDB technologies, and working within Global Markets or Capital Markets technology organizations.
