Project Support Responsibilities (Based on Experience)
- Assist with project coordination, including scheduling, site communication, project planning, and tracking progress
- Support or produce signage shop drawings and layouts
- Coordinate with internal team members, designers, and clients as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience with signage installation (wayfinding, ADA, architectural, or similar)
- Ability to read and work from plans and shop drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and quality, with a proactive approach to resolving on-site challenges
- Strong computer and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a remote team using tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms
- Comfortable working both independently in the field and remotely from home
- Ability to collaborate closely with a remote project manager, with frequent communication and coordination required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Colorado and occasionally out of state
- Strong communication skills and accountability
