Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers regarding active signage projects
- Coordinate project details, schedules, approvals, and job documentation
- Support projects from order entry through production and installation
- Work closely with design, production, permitting, and installation teams
- Prepare quotes, project paperwork, and status updates
- Help keep jobs on track, organized, and accurately documented
- Assist with permitting coordination and general project support as needed
- Sign industry experience strongly preferred
- Related experience in print, fabrication, construction coordination, or architectural products may also be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and project/order tracking
