Key Responsibilities
- Concept and develop unique campaign stories for monthly product launches, tailored by channel (email, SMS, social, web)
- Partner closely with leadership to bring creative vision to life across platforms
- Own and manage the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all campaigns
- Coordinate development of campaign assets, from briefing through final delivery
- Collaborate with social and content teams to ensure cohesive storytelling
- Track and analyze content performance, applying insights to optimize future campaigns
- Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all channels
- Are a strong storyteller with a sharp visual eye and interest in fashion or lifestyle brands
- Are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing creative and strategic work
- Understand how to tailor messaging across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, email, ecommerce)
- Enjoy building systems, tracking performance, and optimizing based on results
- Communicate clearly and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
