Position Overview
Pallet Builders play a critical role in manufacturing environments where pallets are built, repaired, or dismantled on a large scale. This position requires repetitive, hands-on work and attention to detail throughout the day.
Job Duties
Read, interpret, and follow schematic diagrams and blueprints.
Safely and effectively use hand tools and equipment such as hammers, saws, screw guns, pliers, and other related tools.
Build, repair, or tear down wooden pallets according to company specifications.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially when operating or working near heavy machinery.
Maintain product quality standards and report defects or issues to supervisors.
Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
Job Requirements
Strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.
Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.
Must be able to lift heavy materials regularly.
Good attendance and reliability are essential.
Overtime availability is required, including before/after shifts and occasional Saturdays.
Hours & Pay
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Full-time, temp-to-hire
Overtime: Mandatory as needed

Experience:
- Woodworking: 1 year (Preferred)
- Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
- Power Tool Usage: 1 year (Preferred)
