Position Overview

Pallet Builders play a critical role in manufacturing environments where pallets are built, repaired, or dismantled on a large scale. This position requires repetitive, hands-on work and attention to detail throughout the day.

Job Duties

• Read, interpret, and follow schematic diagrams and blueprints.

• Safely and effectively use hand tools and equipment such as hammers, saws, screw guns, pliers, and other related tools.

• Build, repair, or tear down wooden pallets according to company specifications.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially when operating or working near heavy machinery.

• Maintain product quality standards and report defects or issues to supervisors.

• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Job Requirements

• Strong manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to read and follow detailed instructions.

• Strong teamwork and organizational skills.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure.

• Must be able to lift heavy materials regularly.

• Good attendance and reliability are essential.

• Overtime availability is required, including before/after shifts and occasional Saturdays.

Hours & Pay

• Pay: $18.00 per hour

• Shift: 1st shift

• Schedule: Full-time, temp-to-hire

• Overtime: Mandatory as needed

Experience:

• Woodworking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Blueprint reading: 1 year (Preferred)
• Power Tool Usage: 1 year (Preferred)
