What You’ll Do:
Lead and support major real estate transactions, including debt-side (mortgage & mezzanine loans) and equity-side (acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures) deals
Draft and negotiate transaction documents with precision and strategy
Work directly with a diverse client base that spans institutional investors, developers, and lenders
Collaborate with a nationally recognized real estate team known for excellence and innovation
What We’re Looking For:
3 to 6 years of real estate law experience (JD class years 2018–2021)
Experience with either debt-side or equity-side real estate transactions
Strong academic background and superior organizational and writing skills
A collaborative team player with a client-focused mindset
New York Bar membership preferred (or required within one year of hire)
