Ideal for attorneys with 1–4 years of litigation experience who want to deepen their courtroom skills, work on sophisticated cases, and contribute meaningfully through pro bono work.
What You’ll Do:
Support and lead aspects of litigation matters from strategy through trial
Conduct legal research, draft motions and briefs, take and defend depositions
Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact litigation
Participate in meaningful pro bono opportunities
Serve clients with professionalism, clarity, and responsiveness
What We’re Looking For:
1 to 4 years of litigation experience (JD class years 2019–2022)
Strong academic credentials and solid legal writing and research skills
Judicial clerkship experience preferred (bonuses and seniority credit may apply)
Commitment to client service and a collaborative work ethic
Membership in the Virginia Bar (or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire)
