Job Details
Handle a variety of civil defense cases, including transportation, premises liability, and insurance litigation
Manage discovery, draft motions, and participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings
Collaborate with partners on defense strategy and client communication
Conduct legal research and develop case analyses
1–6 years of civil litigation experience required (defense experience preferred)
Active Virginia Bar admission required
