Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a publicly traded, global manufacturing company looking to add a Senior Accountant to their team. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership, a strong mentorship environment, and a clear path for growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Own pieces of the month-end close and financial reporting process (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support the general ledger
- Work within a SOX-regulated environment and assist with audits and internal controls
- Partner with finance and operations on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Collaborate cross-functionally on projects tied to manufacturing and operations
- Help identify process improvements and ways to make things run smoother
What they’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of public accounting experience
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance (CPA or pursuing is a plus)
- Exposure to month-end close and general ledger work
- Strong understanding of GAAP
- Detail-oriented, but able to think beyond just the numbers
Nice to have:
- Manufacturing experience
- SAP, OneStream, or similar systems
- Experience in a public / SOX environment
