What You’ll Do
- Execute the Core: Lead the monthly close, financial reporting, and payroll.
- Bridge the Gap: Partner with senior management and supervisors to provide real financial visibility.
- Fix the Process: Drive improvements in ERP systems, internal controls, and workflows.
- Direct Growth: Act as a financial advisor to leadership on strategic decisions and scalability.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5–10 years in accounting; manufacturing background required (heavy cost accounting not necessary).
- Technical Chops: Strong GAAP, ERP proficiency, and advanced Excel.
- Accountability: Someone who communicates clearly, hits deadlines, and takes full ownership of the numbers.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus, not a requirement.
