Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support daily laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment in Brecksville, OH. The Lab Technician will perform routine testing, collect and analyze samples, maintain accurate records, and ensure all procedures are completed in compliance with company safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and sample analysis following established procedures
• Prepare samples, materials, and equipment for testing
• Record and document results accurately and maintain detailed logs
• Monitor quality control standards and report deviations or issues
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab instruments and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized lab environment
• Assist with data entry and reporting of lab results
• Communicate findings and issues to supervisors or senior staff
• Support general lab operations and team needs as required

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field preferred
• Previous lab experience preferred (manufacturing, quality control, or general lab setting)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled hours

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• Regular use of lab equipment and computer systems

Work Environment

• Laboratory/industrial setting with required safety PPE
• Exposure to chemicals or materials requiring safety compliance
