--recent college graduates within Health Informatics, Health Information Management, I.T., Computer Science, and Data Analysts with focus on healthcare. Medical Billing analysts could also work.

You must 10/10 communication skills as you will be working directly with both technical and non-technical office colleagues. If you have a skill or experience understanding technical and functional individuals and relaying information in their terms, you should consider this opportunity.

This a great opportunity to learn and work within data governance and data analysis areas. The company is growing and looking to add an entry/junior level person to work with the data team, business divisions, and learn under the MDM (master data management) and Governance lead.

You will be working in a HIPPA compliant division and help rework our documentation specifically around data governance and standards. You will assist with creating a standard framework for managing governance policy changes over time, this includes a communication plan, alignment with organizational goal setting activities. A large portion of the job day-to-day involves consulting and being a resource available to mostly developers and product managers who are working to implement and adhere to the standards set for data integrity.

Requirements:

-Local to NE Ohio and willing to go into the office and learn

-US Citizen

-Minimum of Associates with experience, with Bachelor's being major preference.

-Devout, church going Christian with references that can attest to your Faith.
