Quality Assurance plays a critical role in ensuring our products and services meet the high standards that define Emerald Luxury Coaches. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, improve processes, and deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality assurance processes, standards, and procedures.
- Partner with production, engineering, and design teams to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle.
- Conduct inspections and testing to verify compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Create and execute test plans and document defects or non-conformities.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare quality reports and provide timely feedback to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in quality assurance or a related field (manufacturing or software preferred).
- Knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Relevant certifications (Six Sigma, CQE) are a plus.
