What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality lawn care services to residential and commercial properties in a safe, timely, and professional manner
- Apply lawn treatments using hand and powered equipment
- Perform soil analysis and address weeds, insects, and lawn diseases
- Educate customers on proper lawn care and recommend solutions tailored to their property
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services that benefit the customer and grow our business
- Communicate clearly and professionally while resolving questions or concerns on-site

Pay & Schedule
- $19–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Hourly, non-exempt position
- Year-round work, including winter season opportunities

What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (THC excluded)
- Must be at least 21 years old (company vehicle requirement)
- Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-service driven
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
