Responsibilities
' Provide personal care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Willing to work in the evenings from 6pm to 9pm
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment.
- Support clients with medication management under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Follow care plans meticulously to ensure personalized support.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Uphold confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.'
- Qualifications
' Proven experience in home care or assisted living environments.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to assist with ADLs and mobility support.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
- Experience working with elderly or disabled populations preferred.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.'
