We’re looking for an experienced, dependable handyman to help with ongoing improvements, remodeling, repairs, and general upkeep at our home in Parker.
This is a hands on role for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the details, and can see a project through from start to finish.

Skills Required
$35 to $50 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated skills, as an independent contractor or subcontractor. Up to 40 hours of work available per week depending on projects and scheduling.
Payments will be made weekly by check or electronic transfer according to an agreed payment schedule and project milestones.
Project timelines and completion expectations will be agreed upon before work begins. Continued work will depend on quality workmanship, reliability, and meeting those commitments. Any issues that could affect completion dates must be communicated promptly.
