Commercial HVAC - Project Manager | $130,000 - $140,000 Salary

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Job Duties

• Clear understanding of HVAC, and ability to read and understand mechanical plans and specifications
• Job site visits to ensure projects are on track
• Understand mechanical plans, and construction schedules
• Create/track budgets and accurately forecast cost to complete
• Attend project meetings
• Review Contracts
• Order materials and equipment accurately
• Identify change orders and price COP's
• Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
• Ability to work as a Team member with office and field

We are a Design-Build HVAC contractor specializing in VRF systems. Our Project Managers are involved in every facet of a project - from early design coordination through execution and final closeout. This role plays a critical part in supporting our field teams by providing the office coordination, communication, and project oversight needed to ensure installations run as efficiently and successfully as possible.

Qualifications

• 3 years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Understanding of the construction industry, including familiarity with basic HVAC concepts
• Strong communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal team members
• Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
