What You'll Work On

Consumer-Facing Challenges
- Reducing interviewer response latency to :200ms
- Fine‑tuning AI models to reduce hallucinations and improve conversational accuracy
- Enhancing real‑time video/voice interview experiences
- Scaling architecture to support thousands of concurrent users
- Integrating with ATS and internal hiring systems
- Designing fast, intuitive visualizations of interview results
- Expanding the platform into end‑to‑end hiring workflow coordination
- Building and shipping new customer‑requested features
- Build and maintain full‑stack applications (React backend)
- Develop scalable, high‑performance systems for real‑time AI interactions
- Improve conversational AI accuracy and reduce latency
- Integrate with customer systems and third‑party hiring platforms
- Create fast, intuitive dashboards and data visualizations
- Collaborate closely with founders and a small, talented engineering team
- Launch features that directly impact thousands of job seekers and employers
- Experience building full‑stack applications (React required)
- Experience owning backend services (Node, Python, Go, etc.)
- Strong understanding of system design and scalable architecture
- Ability to work on‑site in San Francisco (or willingness to relocate)

- Experience with LLMs, conversational AI, or real‑time systems
- Experience integrating with ATS or HR tech platforms
