About The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a litigation attorney who wants meaningful responsibility, hands‑on courtroom exposure, and direct mentorship from seasoned litigators. You will work on sophisticated commercial disputes for business clients, financial institutions, and high‑net‑worth individuals—without the rigid billing expectations common in larger firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation from case inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
• Manage discovery, including e‑discovery, document review, and depositions
• Participate in hearings, conferences, and trial preparation
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to drive case outcomes
  
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–10 years of experience in commercial or business litigation
• Strong writing, analytical, and advocacy skills
• Experience with pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial prep
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New York Bar
• Backgrounds limited to personal injury, insurance defense, consumer credit, or residential foreclosure are not the right fit for this role
