We are hiring on behalf of a high-growth law firm seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Albany office.
This is a strong opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes business litigation while learning directly from seasoned attorneys, without rigid billable hour pressure.
What You’ll Do:
- Work across the full lifecycle of commercial litigation matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs & legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and contribute to case strategy
- Manage discovery, including e-discovery & document review
- Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-10 years of commercial/business litigation experience
- Strong writing, analytical & advocacy skills
- Hands-on experience with motion practice, discovery & trial prep
- JD admission to the New York Bar
