- Optimize procurement processes, negotiate supplier contracts, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including international shipping, customs, and freight management
- Monitor inventory across warehouses and fulfillment centers to minimize stockouts and excess
- Track and report on key supply chain metrics such as on-time delivery, cost per unit, and inventory turnover
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, building contingency plans for disruptions
- Partner with finance on landed cost analysis, budgeting, and inventory accounting
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing, fulfillment, and distribution
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of supply chain or operations experience, ideally in consumer hardware, electronics, or a product-based business
- Proven track record managing supplier and manufacturing relationships, including overseas partners
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics
- Experience with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarding
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in spreadsheets and supply chain or ERP systems
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment and balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling supply chain operations in a startup or high-growth company
- Familiarity with global trade compliance and multi-region distribution
- Background working across US, UK, and APAC markets
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and benefits
- The opportunity to shape supply chain strategy at a growing global company
- A collaborative team that values initiative and ownership
