About the Role
We are looking for a People and Culture Manager to own the internal employee experience end to end. This is a hands on, high trust role that works in close partnership with the executive office to keep the company organized, the team connected, and our hiring and onboarding sharp as we scale across marke

You will shape culture, help with hiring and onboarding, keep internal operations tidy, and create the moments that bring the team together. What You Will Own
Culture and employee experience
- Define and protect the day to day culture as the team grows
- Be a trusted point of contact for employees on questions, concerns, and ideas
- Champion recognition, milestones, and the small things that make people feel seen
Hiring and recruitment
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, write job descriptions, and run clean, fast hiring processes
- Manage sourcing, scheduling, candidate communication, and the overall candidate experience
- Keep our applicant tracking and hiring records organized and up to date
- Help build a hiring bar and interview structure that holds as we grow
Onboarding
- Own onboarding from offer acceptance through the first ninety days
- Build and maintain onboarding materials, checklists, and first week plans so every new hire starts strong
- Coordinate equipment, accounts, and introductions in partnership with IT and the executive office
- Gather feedback from new hires and continuously improve the experience
Internal organization and operations
- Keep people operations running smoothly, including documentation, org charts, and internal processes
- Maintain accurate, organized records and help keep the company audit ready
- Spot where processes are missing or breaking, then build the fix
- Partner closely with the executive office on cross functional projects and planning
Team outings and events
- Plan and run team outings, offsites, celebrations, and social events across our locations
- Manage budgets, vendors, logistics, and the details that make events feel effortless
- Create regular opportunities for the team to connect, both in person and remo

- Strong written and verbal communication, with the judgment to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- Comfort owning projects independently and juggling several priorities at once
- A bias toward action and a willingness to build processes from scratch
- Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting teams across multiple countries, especially the US and UK
- Familiarity with HR, payroll, or hiring tools
- Background in event planning or office management
