This position is Saturday and Sunday 9pm to 8am.
To be a successful On-Call Coordinator you must become able to do the following always:
1. Ensure a trauma informed focus on creating a safe and supportive environment for staff and those served through knowledge, sensitivity, respect, and a focus on resilience and recovery.
2. Provide quality customer service to all internal and external customers (via phone calls, e-mail, etc.).
3. Provide on-call crisis response during designated shifts, on-call may respond to crisis by phone but may also require in-person assistance including transporting clients.
4. Participate and complete Trauma Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and trauma informed training to stay current on assisting caregivers with high needs children or behaviors of concern.
5. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company’s Program Practice Guidelines.
