- Serve as Group Rooms Coordinator for sales, including managing Hilton booking tools, including PEP and Delphi.
- Receive incoming inquiries.
- Manage group resumes and communications to the operations department.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with hotel booking and event management systems (Hilton tools, Delphi preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- A team player with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Previous sales or event management experience in the hospitality or travel industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read and write
