This position is a very Part-Time/On-call position. This is a good way to supplement your income or just to have a little extra sometimes. The holidays are our biggest season. Hence this hiring wave we are conducting. Your pay will start at $22hr and increase to $25 after 60-days of your first event date.

Duties
- Set up dining areas with appropriate tableware, linens, and decorations to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and organizing catering stations to support culinary staff.
- Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals, maintaining cleanliness and order in dining spaces.
- Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing exceptional guest relations and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Monitor food quality during service, ensuring freshness and presentation meet high standards.
- Follow all food handling and safety procedures diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Support event setup and breakdown, including arranging buffet lines or serving stations as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods or large events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times, representing the hospitality brand with pride.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is highly preferred; culinary experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent guest services with strong communication skills.
- Experience working at banquets, restaurants, hotels, or catering events is desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to serve efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic food preparation skills such as plating or garnishing are advantageous.
- Familiarity with bussing tables and supporting food service operations enhances your candidacy.
