$18 - $19 hourly

• Greet each guest with a warm smile and friendly demeanor, setting the tone for a positive stay.

• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing clear and helpful information.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

• Handle guest complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for swift resolution.

• Assist in coordinating guest services, such as transportation and dining reservations.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.

• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift of 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the hospitality industry.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

• Ability to handle guest complaints with empathy and resolve issues promptly.

• Familiarity with hotel management software and basic computer skills.

• Knowledge of local attractions and amenities to provide guests with helpful recommendations and information.

• Must be able to stand for on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift.
