Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Columbus, OH
Our client, located in Columbus OH, has an immediate need for Inside Sales Representatives. These positions are onsite. Remote / hybrid is not an option. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the full sales cycle to drive new business opportunities. This role requires a strong communicator who can thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is passionate about delivering value to prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social platforms to generate new business leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls and needs assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and follow-up strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs, including calls, meetings booked, and lead conversion.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our client’s unique value proposition.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of inside sales, telesales, or business development experience (healthcare or benefits industry a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of initiative, organization, and time management.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools.
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection handling.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
