Facility Cleaner- Part Time Details:
- Temporary position
- $21.00 /hour
- Part Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 12:00pm)
- Maintain cleanliness of production floors, work areas, restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning in manufacturing areas where resin, fiberglass, dust, and other industrial materials are used.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and remove debris from production and warehouse areas.
- Clean machinery exteriors, workstations, tools, and equipment as directed.
- Empty trash and recycling containers, including industrial waste receptacles, following company disposal procedures.
- Clean spills and maintain walkways to promote a safe working environment.
- Restock restroom and break room supplies.
- Follow all safety guidelines when handling cleaning chemicals and industrial waste.
- Wear and properly use required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, respirators, or other protective equipment as required.
Facility Cleaner- Part Time Qualifications:
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment where fiberglass and resin are used.
- Able to work in a dusty and dirty environment while following all required safety procedures and wearing provided personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Previous janitorial, custodial, manufacturing, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus but not required.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
