Customer Service / Account Manager Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Process and manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Coordinate with sales, production, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer expectations
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order details in CRM/ERP systems
- Provide product information, documentation, and order updates as needed
- Assist with onboarding new customers and supporting account transitions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes
Customer Service / Account Manager Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of customer service, account management, or related experience
- Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, food, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/ERP experience preferred
- Customer-focused, dependable, and solution-oriented
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
