2nd Shift Machine Operator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $17.50 /hour
- Full Time work available
- Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 03:30pm to 02:00am)
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
- Load materials, monitor machine operation, and perform basic adjustments
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow production instructions, safety standards, and company guidelines
- Work as part of a team in a fast?paced production environment
2nd Shift Machine Operator Qualifications:
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (but willing to train!)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well independently and with a team
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
