Maintenance Technician Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $29.25 /hour
- Weekend Shift (Friday through Sunday from 06:00pm to 06:00am)
Job Details
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and facility machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
- Utilize a wide range of hand and power tools safely and effectively for equipment installation and repair
- Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical work, including motor controls, sensors, and wiring connections
- Inspect, test, and maintain mechanical systems such as bearings, belts, chains, and pneumatic components
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution facility
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, including troubleshooting circuits and motor controls
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
