HR Business Partner Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $77.00 /hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

Job Overview

As the HRBP Data Analytics & Process Optimization, you will serve in a project-based role focused on optimizing complex reporting, developing data analytics and dashboards, and documenting and improving processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain existing HR reporting, analyzing and formatting data in Excel using filters, advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and related tools.
• Transform and optimize complex Excel-based reporting processes by identifying opportunities to simplify and automate workflows using advanced Excel capabilities, AI, and other emerging technologies.
• Reduce manual effort, reporting complexity, and the time required to produce and maintain reports.
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations that provide leaders with clear visibility to metrics and trends.
• Leverage tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other available data visualization/reporting tools to translate complex data into easily understood metrics and insights.
• Create and maintain clear, step-by-step documentation of reporting workflows. Revise it as processes are optimized or automated to keep procedures accurate, consistent, and sustainable.

HR Business Partner Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8 years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and process improvement, with the ability to work with complex datasets and reporting processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, data manipulation, and other tools used to analyze and automate complex reporting.
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations using Power BI, Excel, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
• Experience utilizing AI, automation tools, or other emerging technologies to improve data analysis, reporting, or business processes.
