Maintenance Technician Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $32.92 /hour
- Third Shift (Monday through Friday)
- Ensure plant production systems remain operational by performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordinating necessary repairs with technicians or external vendors.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems, including Allen Bradley PLCs, frequency drives, servo motors, refrigeration, boiler, and HVAC systems.
- Assist in planning, laying out, and performing preventative maintenance on machinery, estimating materials, costs, and labor requirements.
- Read, interpret, and apply blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and equipment drawings to execute maintenance tasks accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, equipment inventories, and ensure work areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate as a motivated team player, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including food safety, sanitary design practices, and efficiency methodologies such as 5S.
Maintenance Technician Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of experience in a maintenance role in the manufacturing industry is required.
