Responsible for overseeing multiple production lines, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Line Lead Details:
- Contract to Hire position
- $20.00 /hour
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:15am to 02:45pm)
- Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple production lines
- Ensures Company’s SOP, cGMP and PPE policies are adhered to
- Inspects equipment used on the production line for cleanliness and operation
- Monitor line performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment
- Ensures the product at every stage throughout fill production, assembly and packaging meets quality standards
Line Lead Qualifications:
- REQUIRED bilingual, able to read, write, communicate, and understand English and Spanish
- 3 years of strong, solid experience in production manufacturing and leadership
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Excellent attention to detail Basic math skills including adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Time management skills, and multitasking ability
- Strong computer skills
- Knowledge of production equipment and processes
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
