Responsible for overseeing multiple production lines, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining quality standards.

Line Lead Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $20.00 to $25.00 /hour
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:15am to 02:45pm)

• Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple production lines
• Ensures Company’s SOP, cGMP and PPE policies are adhered to
• Inspects equipment used on the production line for cleanliness and operation
• Monitor line performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment
• Ensures the product at every stage throughout fill production, assembly and packaging meets quality standards

Line Lead Qualifications:

• REQUIRED bilingual, able to read, write, communicate, and understand English and Spanish
• 3 years of strong, solid experience in production manufacturing and leadership
• High school diploma or GED minimum
• Excellent attention to detail Basic math skills including adding, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Time management skills, and multitasking ability
• Strong computer skills
• Knowledge of production equipment and processes
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices.
