What You'll Be Doing
Design and implement infrastructure solutions for diverse clients. Lead complex projects including Office 365 migrations, VMware deployments, Active Directory upgrades, and cloud architectures. Work directly with clients as a trusted technical advisor, translating business needs into robust solutions.
Skills You'll Use & Develop
Core Technical:
- Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory, Group Policy
- VMware ESX environments
- Azure, AWS, and Microsoft 365 (including complex migrations)
- PowerShell automation
- Intune MDM, Autopilot, Remote Desktop Services
Professional:
- Client relationship management
- Pre-sales technical consulting
- Solution architecture and documentation
What We Need
- Background in MSP or consulting (preferred)
- Deep hands-on experience with Windows Server, AD, Exchange, and VMware
- Solid Office 365, Azure, and cloud platform knowledge
- PowerShell scripting ability
- Strong communication skills for client-facing work
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
