Job Title: Superintendent – High-Rise Construction

Location: Miami-Fort Lauderdale, FL

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 annually (DOE)

Position Overvie

w:The Superintendent will play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of high-rise construction projects. You will be on the ground, overseeing all on-site construction activities, managing the trades, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycl

e.The ideal candidate will be an experienced Superintendent with a strong background in high-rise construction, capable of managing the full range of 16-CSI trade classifications on complex ground-up project

• rds.Manage and maintain project site safety, ensuring compliance with all OSHA regulations and best practi
• ces.Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specificati
• ons.Assist with managing project documentation, including daily logs, timecards, RFIs, submittals, and change ord
• ers.Resolve on-site issues or delays promptly and effectiv
• ely.Ensure that materials and equipment are available and properly coordinated for the construction proc
• ess.Maintain effective communication with the Project Manager, client, subcontractors, and other stakehold

ers.
Qualificat

• ions:5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-rise construction, specifically multi-family, hotel, and office tower proj
• ects.Proven experience managing the day-to-day activities of large, ground-up proj
• ects.Strong understanding of all 16-CSI trade classifications and their application in construc
• tion.In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices on construction s
• ites.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving sk
• ills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and adjust to changing priorities on-
• site.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various stakehol
• ders.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (but not requi
• red).OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent prefe
• rred.Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or similar tools is a

plus.
