Construction Superintendent – Commercial & Multifamily Projects
Location: Miami, Florida
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 Bonus Full Benefits

The Role
You’ll take full control of on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
From pre-construction through to completion, you’ll be the driving force on-site, coordinating teams, managing timelines, and maintaining quality across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from ground-up through completion
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and daily site operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate inspections and maintain high-quality control standards
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays
- Serve as the main on-site point of contact for clients and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial, multifamily, or high-rise projects
- Experience managing projects in the $2M – $100M range
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
