The Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing luxury residential projects from preconstruction through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of luxury residential construction projects
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors
- Lead preconstruction activities including budgeting and planning
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor selection
- Monitor project progress, quality, and safety on-site
- Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
- Ensure all work meets high-end finish standards and client expectations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
- Strong background in luxury residential construction (custom homes, waterfront properties, villas, or mansions)
- Experience managing high-value, detail-driven projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and high-end client expectations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
