The Role
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery in terms of cost, schedule, quality, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ground-up high-rise and mid-rise multifamily construction projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams
- Lead meetings with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals
- Track job costs, change orders, and project reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
