Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects, from conceptual through final design.
- Analyze blueprints, project plans, and specifications to develop precise and competitive bids.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure all cost factors are accounted for.
- Evaluate subcontractor proposals and negotiate to secure the best value.
- Monitor and update cost databases, market trends, and project requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in education, healthcare, K-12, multifamily, or hospitality construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and estimating techniques.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools such as ProEst, Bluebeam, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Salary : $110,000 - $150,000
